Job Description

Summary of the position: Leadership position responsible to drive business volume and growth of the MV & HV Products, Packaged Solutions and Systems / Projects in the region.

Prime responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving Sales Targets of across Business Units.
  • Responsible for achieving Payment Collection Targets of across Business Units
  • Develop long term strategy to develop and grow key accounts profitably.
  • Develop Territories and expand network to enhance Market Share for existing as well as new products.
  • Responsible to drive growth of products and projects, Develop market entry / consolidation strategies for different segments and markets.
  • Responsible explore new business opportunities.
  • Provide market intelligence / competitor analysis information, in advance, and support divisions to develop strategies to align with the vision of the organization.
  • Identify business risks and support organization to develop proactive measures to manage such risks.
  • Support Business Units and leadership in developing pricing strategies.
  • Build Company and Brand image through customer satisfaction.
  • Augment Service Revenue; Improve service network; Improve Service Avenues.
  • Responsible for Contract Execution and support division for obtaining customer approvals.
  • Responsible for Payment Collection and contract closures.
  • Responsible for After Sales customer contact to leverage existing business to new opportunities.
  • Foster an environment of learning, excellence and innovation within all aspects of team work
  • Coach subordinates to develop the teams capabilities and build a strong succession pipeline for the role
