Head of Retail

With 9 stores across India and a growing online presence globally, ENSEMBLE is a pioneer in the luxury fashion industry, bridging local artistry with contemporary trends.

The Head of Retail will oversee retail operations and drive sales across all ENSEMBLE stores. This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mumbai. Key responsibilities include developing and executing business strategies, managing retail sales, analyzing business performance, and leading and mentoring retail teams to achieve organizational goals. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer experiences.

• Proficiency in Business Planning and strong Analytical Skills to strategize and drive sales growth.
• Experience in Retail and Sales with a proven track record of achieving business targets.
• Team Management skills with the ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams effectively.
• Outstanding communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with the luxury fashion industry and an understanding of consumer preferences is highly advantageous.
• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
