• Spearhead new product development, testing, and reliability.
• Lead R&D and technical services for domestic/overseas customers.
• Shape the company's tech strategy for competitive edge, including KPI monitoring and cross-departmental processes.
• Deliver compelling presentations on tech trends to internal/external stakeholders.

Ideal Profile:

• B.Eng/Masters/PhD in Engineering.
• Proven tech achievements, budget savvy, and strong communication skills.
