About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, responsible for driving end-to-end white collar recruitment for automotive Industry roles, ensuring the hiring of high-quality talent across all functions (Production, Quality, Industrial Engineering, R&D, Sales and Management Support functions Finance, HR, IT etc.). The role requires deep expertise in automotive hiring, strong stakeholder management and exceptional negotiation skills to close positions effectively aligned to the business requirements.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate current and future staffing requirements aligned with annual business plans and executive effective talent acquisition strategies for White Collar Staff (Managerial and Executives, staff Fixed Term, Trainees etc.) developing talent pipeline and report sourcing risks upfront.
- Manage the complete recruitment process sourcing to onboarding and salary negotiations and offer rollouts.
- Lead and manage a recruiters group and collaborate with the hiring managers to understand growth plans, critical resource and workforce requirements.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies understanding talent needs, referrals, industry mapping, and head hunting and deliver quality candidates.
- Utilizing advanced sourcing techniques including social media, job-fairs, networking, campus selection and market mapping.
- Building KSPG employer brand as a preferred multinational employer represented both internally and externally.
- Framework: Devise referral programs, guidelines for strategic sourcing, sourcing partners selection, onboarding processes and candidate connect management.
- Collaboration with external partners (consultants, Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Networkers, Reference checks vendors) for identifying, attracting, selecting and retaining high standard qualified people.
- Stay updated on industry trends and talent market insights to ensure competitive advantage and lead data related automation initiatives to drive hiring efficiency and productivity.
- Campus Program Strategy for institute selection, Cadre Building Programs and career development plans for white collar trainees and praktikants.
- Providing Market Intelligence and industry trends within the various sectors and act as a strategic advisor to the CHRO for designing and implementing manpower strategies.
- Provides regular management reports and metrics in hiring support diversity and inclusion statistics and recruitment compliance management.
- HR KPIs reduction in time and cost per hire, offer to join ratio, strength for early on-boarding, engagement activities for brand building.
- Compensation Tariffs design along with C&B specialists, Salary recommendations. Conduct periodical Compensation & Benefits Surveys and analysis with the HR consulting companies. Actively work with HR Operations Managers in developing employee retention incentive programs based on the market feedback and innovative trends.
- Provide consultation and maintain job architect frameworks (job emulation, job profiling and classifications in calibration with the function owners and Organization Development Specialist).
Qualifications
- Preferably Engineering Graduate with Masters degree in Human Resource management from Premier Universities (MBA, MS, MTech) with 7-10 years experience.
- Experience in automotive or manufacturing industry specially acquiring talents for Engineering Center is a requisite.
- High energy, knowledge of best HR practices, MS office (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project etc.) is an essential requirement.
- Young and dynamic incumbent below 35 years age.
Required Skills
- The role requires deep expertise in automotive/technical hiring, and exceptional negotiation skills to close positions effectively within defined timelines.
- Expertise in conducting campus interviews, walk-In and innovative computerized hiring techniques.
- Strong Leadership and team management skills in assessing fluctuations and managing hiring strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal abilities and workforce solution providing.
