Role Overview
The Head of Talent Acquisition will be responsible for developing and executing a robust recruitment strategy aligned with the companys business goals. The role requires a strategic leader who can drive end-to-end talent acquisition, manage high-volume as well as leadership hiring, and build a high-performing recruitment team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with business growth plans
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, and onboarding
Build and manage a strong internal recruitment team and ensure effective hiring practices
Partner with senior leadership and business stakeholders to understand workforce planning and talent requirements
Drive hiring for mid to senior-level roles across departments including sales, operations, marketing, finance, and corporate functions
Develop strong employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent
Establish and maintain talent pipelines through networking, industry connections, and talent mapping
Leverage recruitment analytics, dashboards, and hiring metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle
Work closely with HR leadership to align recruitment with broader HR and organizational strategies
Ensure compliance with hiring policies, industry standards, and best recruitment practices
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership and team management capabilities
Expertise in strategic hiring, talent mapping, and workforce planning
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to manage high-volume and leadership hiring simultaneously
Strong understanding of employer branding and modern recruitment tools
Data-driven approach to recruitment and hiring analytics
Preferred Background
Prior experience in the Real Estate, Retail, Hospitality, or Consumer-facing industries will be an added advantage
Experience in managing recruitment for large and fast-growing organizations
