The Role
The Head Talent Acquisition will build a business-aligned, scalable hiring engine that directly supports revenue growth and consulting delivery excellence.
This role goes beyond recruitment operations. It requires a leader who understands consulting project cycles, technology talent markets, and workforce planning and can align hiring strategy with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
Business-Aligned Workforce Strategy
- Partner with Delivery and Practice Heads to forecast hiring needs across Cloud, Data, Data Engineering, Data Analytics- essentially, anything got to with Data
- Align hiring plans with revenue projections and project pipelines
- Build proactive pipelines for niche and emerging technology skills
Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Lead end-to-end hiring across niche, leadership, and volume mandates
- Improve hiring velocity, quality of hire, and fulfillment metrics
- Drive digital hiring tools, automation, and analytics
- Strengthen employer brand and candidate experience
Business Partnership & Market Intelligence
- Support Sales and Account teams during RFPs with workforce insights
- Provide compensation and talent market intelligence
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce decisions
Governance & Transformation
- Establish TA dashboards and performance metrics
- Standardize recruitment processes
- Ensure compliance with hiring norms and policies
- Transform TA into a strategic business enabler
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 1215 years in Talent Acquisition within IT Consulting / Digital Services
- Experience hiring across Data, Cloud, ERP, and emerging tech domains
- Strong exposure to workforce planning and stakeholder management
- Data-driven mindset with comfort around dashboards and analytics
- Proven ability to scale hiring in a growth-stage organization
