Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced Technical Head to lead the companys process technology, food safety, and quality assurance functions.


This leadership role will be part of the core management team, responsible for strengthening international food safety systems, optimizing manufacturing processes, and ensuring consistent product quality for global export markets.


The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, regulatory knowledge, and operational leadership in food processing.



Key Responsibilities


Food Safety & Quality Leadership

Lead and strengthen the companys Food Safety and Quality Management Systems.

Ensure compliance with international standards such as

FSSC 22000

BRC Global Standard for Food Safety

Food Safety Modernization Act

Develop and implement quality policies, HACCP systems, and food safety procedures.

Manage internal audits, certification audits, and international customer audits.


Process Technology & Manufacturing Excellence

Lead improvements in dehydrated food processing technologies.


Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination

Lead and mentor the technical and quality assurance teams.

Work closely with production, procurement, and management teams.

Support management in strategic decisions related to food safety, technology, and process development.



Candidate Profile

1015 years of experience in food processing industries.

Prior experience in Leadership Position at -food manufacturing companies.

Strong expertise in food safety systems, quality management, and regulatory compliance.

Hands-on experience handling international audits and certifications.

Practical knowledge of food processing equipment and manufacturing operations.

Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Bachelors or Masters degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.



Preferred Background


Candidates with experience in dehydrated vegetables, spices, seasoning, or food ingredient industries will be strongly preferred.
