About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Head of Projects to lead and manage end-to-end project execution for hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens, and catering facilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in pre-opening project management and the ability to deliver projects within time, cost, and quality parameters.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee complete project lifecyclefrom planning and design to execution, handover, and pre-opening setup.
• Manage multiple hospitality projects including hotels, restaurants, and cloud kitchens.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
• Conduct site evaluations, feasibility checks, and project costing.
• Drive timelines, budget adherence, and quality control across all sites.
• Review and approve layouts, BOQs, materials, and project documentation.
• Ensure statutory compliance, safety standards, and adherence to company guidelines.
• Optimize processes to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
• Lead a project team and manage external consultants/contractors.
• Provide regular project updates to leadership and handle escalations.

Required Skills & Experience

• 515 years of project management experience in the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, cloud kitchens).
• Strong understanding of hospitality design, MEP, architecture, and interiors.
• Proven track record of managing pre-opening projects.
• Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Educational Qualification

• B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch)
