Team One Arteq (TOA) is looking for a seasoned Project Delivery Leader to head the Projects function and drive execution of large-scale corporate interior fit-out projects.

As we scale our operations and expand our portfolio of workplace projects, we are seeking a leader who can build high-performing delivery teams, ensure flawless project execution, and maintain strong client relationships.

The Role

This role will lead end-to-end project delivery, overseeing multiple corporate interior projects while ensuring timely execution, cost control, and quality excellence.

The Head of Projects will work closely with Design, Procurement, and Client Teams to ensure seamless project outcomes and operational efficiency.

Key Impact Areas

Project Leadership

• Lead execution of multiple corporate office interior fit-out projects
• Drive timely project delivery and operational excellence

Team Leadership

• Build and manage high-performing project delivery teams
• Mentor Project Managers, Engineers, and Site Teams

Client & Stakeholder Management

• Serve as a trusted partner to corporate clients
• Ensure strong coordination between design, execution, and vendors

Commercial & Operational Control

• Monitor project budgets, margins, and timelines
• Drive risk mitigation and delivery discipline

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who:

Has 1825 years of experience in corporate interior fit-outs

Has led multiple high-value workplace interior projects

Has experience managing large project teams and complex delivery cycles

Is comfortable working with corporate clients and leadership stakeholders

Has strong execution, commercial, and operational capabilities
