Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Head of Production to lead our Cookies & Chocolate (NPD) Division. This role will drive innovation, oversee end-to-end production, and scale new product ideas into successful commercial launches.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) for cookies & chocolate variants
- Standardize recipes and scale from trial to bulk production
- Oversee daily production planning & quality control
- Ensure FSSAI compliance and food safety standards
- Optimize cost, reduce wastage & improve efficiency
- Lead and mentor production teams
Requirements:
- 710 years of experience in bakery/chocolate manufacturing
- Strong expertise in chocolate tempering, baking processes & production scaling
- Proven leadership experience in managing production teams
- Background in Food Technology / Bakery & Confectionery preferred
