We are looking for a Head of Product who thinks like an owner, obsesses over details, and executes with clarity and speed.

What You Will Actually Do

• You will not manage product.
• You will own outcomes.
• You will help define what Sav becomes.

You will:

• Own product vision across our platform domains, creator tools, automation systems, and AI-driven experiences
• Translate ambiguity into clear product direction
• Work directly with Engineering, Design, and Leadership to decide what gets built and why
• Define product strategy using first-principles thinking
• Build systems that scale decision-making, not meetings
• Use AI as a force multiplier across discovery, execution, analytics, and iteration
• Create ruthless prioritization frameworks
• Kill bad ideas early
• Ship continuously not quarterly
• Turn user behavior into product intelligence
• Establish product culture, rituals, and execution standards across the company

You will be accountable for:

• Retention
• Product clarity
• Execution quality

Who You Are (Read Carefully):

• We want someone who:
• Thinks like a founder
• Writes clearly and decides fast
• Obsesses over details others ignore
• Can zoom from company vision button placement in seconds
• Has strong product intuition backed by data
• Can challenge engineers intelligently
• Understands systems, not just UI flows
• Hates bureaucracy
• Uses AI daily as part of thinking and execution
• Is uncomfortable shipping mediocrity

You probably:

• Have built or scaled real products used by thousands or millions
• Have worked in high-ownership, fast-execution environments
• Prefer responsibility over titles
• Care deeply about craft

What Will Make You Stand Out

Bonus signals (not requirements):

• Built platforms, marketplaces, developer tools, or SaaS products
• Experience with AI products, agents, or automation systems
• Strong technical intuition (you can follow architecture discussions comfortably)
• Previously founded or attempted a startup
• Known internally as the person who gets things shipped

What This Role Is NOT:

• Not a Jira administrator
• Not a meeting coordinator
• Not a roadmap decorator
• Not stakeholder therapy
