Head of Product Management

Our hypegrowth SAAS porftolio is looking for a Product Lead to own end-to-end product strategy and customer-facing solutioning for our next phase of growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of product, customer success, and AI-first problem solving.

What youll do

• Own product vision + roadmap and drive execution across teams
• Lead Product + Solutions (customer-facing product leadership role)
• Partner closely with GTM teams to shape positioning, packaging, and adoption
• Work directly with customers (US-heavy) to understand workflows and build scalable solutions
• Lead and mentor a small team including PM and design

What were looking for

• Strong US market exposure (required)
• Experience building products in agentic AI / AI-first workflows (non-negotiable)
• Proven ability to operate as a mature product leader with strong customer presence
• Ability to translate customer pain points into scalable product strategy
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, founder-led environment
