What Youll Own

Drive product requirements, roadmap planning, and release strategy

Act as the primary Core Banking subject matter expert

Conceptualize & build products for large financial institutions

Define epics, features, and user stories for engineering teams

Collaborate with QA to ensure high-quality releases

Track market trends, regulatory changes & competitive landscape

Lead creation of product documents: user guides, training material, demos, FAQs

Support UAT & End-User Training

Mentor and guide junior Product Managers/Business Analysts

What You Should Bring

1823 years in Product Management/Business Analysis in top-tier software companies

Deep experience building or implementing Core Banking Systems

Strong understanding of banking front, middle & back-office processes

Proven ownership of product roadmap, stories, releases & market research

Customer-centric mindset with strong design thinking principles

Hands-on experience with Agile SDLC (inbound + outbound PM)

Excellent documentation, analytical & stakeholder management skills
