About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and commercially strong Head of Procurement to lead end-to-end procurement

across the organization. This includes marble, tiles, raw materials, indirect spend, services, CapEx, imports,

and vendor management.

This role will drive cost leadership, supply reliability, governance, and long-term vendor partnerships.

What Youll Own

Lead centralized procurement strategy across all categories

Drive cost optimization and margin improvement initiatives

Manage domestic & international sourcing

Lead contract negotiations and commercial closures

Ensure supply continuity and risk mitigation

Optimize inventory and working capital efficiency

Establish procurement governance, compliance & SOPs

Build performance dashboards (cost savings, vendor performance, lead times)

Lead and develop the procurement team

What Were Looking For

1015 years of progressive procurement leadership experience

Experience managing multi-category procurement (direct + indirect)

Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills

Exposure to imports and global sourcing

Strong analytical and cost-optimization mindset

Leadership capability to manage cross-functional stakeholders
