In-scope for Position Description:

• Head of Function Business Effectiveness is typically MB-1 or MB-2 level within a Business Effectiveness function OR one of the Business Effectiveness Professions at Deutsche Bank.
• They are accountable for performance outcomes and budget planning for one or more functional areas within the business globally and are part of the executive leadership group within the divisional organization.
• The Head of Function is also a senior member of the leadership team within the function.

Work includes:

• Crafting a compelling vision at a global level supported by a focused strategy and action plan
• Managing both internal and external key business relationships, identifying and aligning emerging technologies and processes to support and elevate Deutsche Bank’s competitive position in its delivery to the franchise wide global business strategies
• Providing thought leadership and enabling collaboration for and beyond the organization and fosters an environment in which professionals deliver excellence, so that the business is benchmarked and seen as world-class industry-leading organization
