We're Hiring: Head of Partnerships US SaaS


Company: Sage Finance

Location: Hyderabad (on-site)

Shift timings: US Shift (6:30pm to 3:30am/ 9:30pm to 6:30am)


Role Overview

We are looking for a Head of Partnerships to lead strategic partnerships and revenue growth through alliances in the US SaaS ecosystem. This role will be responsible for identifying, building, and scaling partnerships with technology platforms, agencies, distributors, and enterprise clients in the US market.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience selling SaaS products to US-based clients and has a proven track record of building strategic partnerships that drive revenue.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the partnership strategy for the companys SaaS offerings in the US market
  • Identify and onboard strategic partners, channel partners, and enterprise clients
  • Build relationships with technology platforms, agencies, and ecosystem partners that can drive revenue growth
  • Negotiate and manage commercial partnership agreements
  • Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align partnership initiatives with company goals
  • Drive co-selling opportunities and joint go-to-market strategies with partners
  • Track and report on partnership pipeline, revenue impact, and partner performance
  • Represent the company in industry events, partner meetings, and conferences


Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales
  • Proven experience selling SaaS products to US-based clients
  • Strong understanding of US SaaS buying cycles and enterprise sales processes
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale strategic partnerships
  • Experience working with global teams and US stakeholders
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in SaaS
  • Prior experience managing channel or ecosystem partnerships
  • MBA or equivalent business qualification
