Head of Operations

Role Overview

The Head of Operations directs the end-to-end delivery of global AEC projects, with a focus on high-volume BIM/VDC production, AI-driven workflow integration (2026 roadmap), and scalable offshore growth.

Core Responsibilities

• Production Leadership: Lead delivery of Architecture, Structural, BIM (LOD 100500), and Engineering services for international markets.
• Operational Efficiency: Optimize delivery margins through the use of Generative AI drafting tools and automated QA/QC frameworks.
• Strategic Scaling: Manage resource capacity planning and Digital Twin readiness using Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to ISO 19650 information management standards and SOC 2 cybersecurity protocols.
• P&L Management: Drive operational profitability through outcome-based pricing models and maintain 85%+ billable utilization.

Qualifications & Specifications

• Experience: 12+ years in the AEC industry, with 5+ years in senior outsourcing or delivery leadership roles preferred.
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks, BIM/VDC workflows, and global building codes (AIA, RIBA).
• Education: Degree in Architecture or Engineering; PMP certification preferred.
• Soft Skills: Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and clients across US, UK, and EU markets.
