Job Title: Head of Operations India

Reporting To: CEO, Achieva.ai

Role Type: Senior Leadership | Individual Contributor + People Leader


Role Overview


The Head of Operations India will be responsible for driving operational excellence, people effectiveness, and scalable delivery across Achievas India operations. This leader will oversee multi-location teams (Pune, Faridabad) supporting Salesforce project delivery and product engineering, while building strong HR processes, performance frameworks, and a culture of accountability, growth, and motivation.


This role is critical in ensuring that Achievas India teams operate with startup agility and enterprise-grade discipline.


Key Responsibilities


Operations & Delivery Excellence

  • Own day-to-day operations across India delivery centers (Pune & Faridabad)
  • Ensure efficient utilization, delivery quality, and on-time execution across client projects and product development
  • Establish and monitor operational KPIs (utilization, delivery health, productivity, margins)
  • Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes, tools, and governance


People & Performance Management

  • Lead and manage Salesforce developers, product teams, and delivery managers
  • Define clear role expectations, KPIs, and performance frameworks
  • Enable career growth, skill development, and leadership readiness within teams
  • Partner closely with leadership to support team scaling and succession planning


HR, Culture & Engagement

  • Ensure strong HR policies, hiring, compensation planning, compliance, and operational hygiene
  • Introduce and manage Rewards & Recognition programs to motivate high performance
  • Foster a culture of transparency, ownership, collaboration, and learning
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for employee engagement and issue resolution


Financial & Governance Oversight

  • Support forecasting, capacity planning, and cost optimization
  • Partner with finance and leadership on delivery margins and operational planning
  • Ensure governance rigor across delivery, staffing, and reporting


Leadership & Collaboration

  • Serve as a key leadership bridge between India teams and global leadership
  • Drive alignment with Achievas vision, values, and growth plans
  • Support scale-up readiness as Achieva grows across customers and geographies


Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 14 20 years of experience in Operations, PMO, or Delivery Leadership
  • Proven experience managing multi-team, multi-location delivery organizations
  • Strong background in governance, KPIs, utilization, performance management
  • Experience working with Salesforce, digital, or enterprise technology teams
  • Hands-on leader with a people-first yet metrics-driven mindset
  • Comfortable operating in fast-growing, entrepreneurial environments
