RESPONSIBILITIES:
Client & Commercial Leadership
- Relationship Management: Ensure excellent service delivery and investor relations for AMCs while managing complaints effectively.
- Revenue Growth: Identify new business opportunities in financial services, leading commercial negotiations for expanded service scopes and contract renewals.
- Value Proposition: Proactively seek ways to add value to clients and expand the companys service offerings.
Risk, Compliance & Audit
- Audit Management: Lead and participate in AMC, SEBI, and internal audits. Ensure timely, accurate responses to observations and implement corrective actions.
- Compliance & Data Security: Ensure all operations honor contractual obligations and regulatory requirements, including strict adherence to ISMS policies and data security.
- Incident & Risk Analysis: Use Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to report failures and implement risk mitigation strategies for all processes.
Strategic Operations & Quality
- Continuous Improvement: Develop a culture of excellence by optimizing processes and systems to improve data quality, financial accuracy, and investor satisfaction.
- Quality & Error Management: Constantly review transaction errors to upgrade processing standards, minimizing investor complaints and financial claims.
- Productivity & Automation: Drive unit productivity through process simplification, automation, and cost-reduction initiatives.
People & Resource Management
- Human Capital Planning: Ensure adequate staffing levels to meet current and future business volumes.
- Talent Development: Manage performance, training, and career development to foster a high-impact organizational culture.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams (CSC, Technology, etc.) to protect company interests and align on delivery goals.
KEY SELECTION CRITERIA
We are seeking a visionary leader who brings thought leadership and innovation to a high-scale environment. You should be adept at navigating complexity and driving "new-age" operational strategies.
Education & Experience:
- Education: Post-graduate degree (MBA/PGDM) from a reputed Business School.
- Experience: 18+ years of professional experience, with a proven track record of leading large-scale teams (700+) in complex operational environments.
- Agility: Demonstrated success in rapid-growth and dynamic environment, showcasing resilience and adaptive leadership.
- Domain Expertise: Strong background in Financial Services, Banking, Captives, or 3rd Party BPOs. Specific experience in Capital Markets is a significant advantage.
- Organisational Impact: Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive results across large, matrix organisations.
