What youll do:
- Lead merchandising strategy & execution across categories.
- Curate premium collections aligned with luxury aesthetics.
- Analyze trends, customer insights & sales data to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with creative teams to elevate product presentation.
- Mentor and inspire a high-performing merchandising team.
What youll need:
- 10+ years in luxury retail merchandising/buying (multi-brand).
- Strong knowledge of architecture & interior design markets.
- Proven commercial acumen with creative sensibility.
- Leadership experience at Head of level.
