Head of Marketplaces | Early-stage D2C Portfolio Company

One of our early-stage D2C portfolio companies is building in the wellness space, and they are now looking to hire a Head of Marketplaces to report directly to the Founders and drive their marketplaces strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive e-commerce and q-commerce channel strategies across multiple platforms in India
• Own all relationships with the various marketplaces
• Conducting market research and leverage big data analytics to improve website and platform performance
• Define and develop localized strategies based on market trends
• Provide insights regarding customers, markets, and campaign effectiveness a
• Provide a clear strategy and set up KPIs for the various channels under your remit

Qualifications

• At least 3 to 5 years of experience
• Experience working on various marketplaces
• Prior experience with D2C products is an advantage
• A passion for the 0 to 1 journey
