Head of Marketing

As the Head of Marketing, you will own the end-to-end marketing strategy and execution across digital and brand channels. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to drive customer acquisition, brand building, and revenue growth.

This role requires a strong blend of performance marketing expertise, brand building capability, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the overall marketing strategy across performance, brand, content, and partnerships.
• Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth across digital channels (Meta, Google, marketplaces, affiliates, etc.).
• Build and scale performance marketing and growth experimentation frameworks.
• Lead brand building and storytelling to create strong consumer recall.
• Work closely with product, analytics, and supply teams to optimize end-to-end consumer funnels.
• Build and lead a high-performing marketing team across growth, performance, content, and creative.
• Manage marketing budgets, CAC, ROAS, and LTV optimization.
• Identify new growth levers including influencer marketing, communities, partnerships, and offline channels.

Ideal Background

• 812 years of experience in marketing roles, with strong exposure to D2C / consumer internet businesses.
• Proven track record of scaling customer acquisition and revenue for consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, brand strategy, and growth analytics.
• Experience building and managing marketing teams in high-growth environments.
• Prior experience working closely with founders or leadership teams is preferred.
