Role Overview

Were looking for a Head of Marketing to lead growth for Snipp at a campus level. This role is ideal for someone who understands how Gen-Z communicates, what kind of content spreads on campus, and how communities actually grow even if you havent done this formally before.

This is a high-ownership role where youll learn how a startup grows from zero to scale, while directly shaping how Snipp is perceived and used by students.

What Youll Be Responsible For

• Campus Growth & Adoption
• Plan and execute marketing strategies focused on specific colleges
• Drive installs, signups, and daily activity on Snipp
• Make sure the app feels active and engaging on each campus
• Content & Social Media
• Manage Snipps social media presence (Instagram, etc.)
• Decide what kind of content, memes, and narratives represent Snipp
• Work with creators, student pages, and micro-influencers
• Community & Engagement
• Help seed conversations and content inside the app
• Understand what students like posting and interacting with
• Support moderation and community guidelines without killing authenticity
• On-Ground Marketing
• Plan campus activations, collaborations, and offline promotion
• Work with college societies, fest teams, and unofficial pages
• Convert offline interest into active app users
• Feedback & Iteration
• Collect feedback from users and understand whats working / not working
• Share insights with the product team to improve engagement
• Run small experiments and double down on what performs best
• Tracking & Learning
• Track simple metrics like installs, active users, engagement
• Learn how growth metrics work in real startups
• Use data to improve future campaigns
