Job Title: Marketing Head
Department: Marketing
Reports To: Chief Strategy Officer
Location: Vikaspuri, Delhi
Salary: 7.20 9.00 LPA (Depending on interview & last drawn salary)
Summary:
The Marketing Head will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing all digital and branding initiatives to enhance company visibility, build brand equity, and support business growth. This includes performance marketing, SEO, social media, PR, website management, and brand design assets such as brochures, merchandise, and internal branding. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership capabilities, a deep understanding of digital tools, and working knowledge of video editing software to effectively lead a team of marketing executives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning & Digital Marketing
- Develop and implement an integrated digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute SEO strategies, lead-generation initiatives, and overall digital growth campaigns.
- Manage all content posting, scheduling, and interaction across social platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, and more.
- Oversee website content, updates, analytics, and optimization for traffic and conversions.
- Track KPIs and generate performance reports to measure marketing ROI and inform decision-making.
2. Performance Marketing & Paid Campaigns
- Lead and specialize in Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid media platforms.
- Plan, execute, optimize, and scale performance-driven ad campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation, and conversions.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, creatives, A/B testing, and funnel optimization.
- Monitor ad performance metrics (CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions) and continuously optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with platform algorithm changes, trends, and best practices to drive consistent results.
3. Branding & Collateral Development
- Strategize and execute overall branding strategies across all major social platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.
- Manage the creation of marketing collaterals such as brochures, company profiles, pitch decks, booklets, and other print/digital assets.
- Oversee development and branding of merchandise and in-house branding materials.
- Ensure brand consistency and visibility across all touchpoints, both digital and physical.
4. Team Management & Creative Supervision
- Lead and manage a team of marketing executives handling digital, content, design, and video.
- Guide the creative direction of all marketing output, ensuring brand consistency and audience relevance.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance team culture.
5. Content & PR
- Supervise content creation for social media, blogs, case studies, and campaigns.
- Work with PR agencies or independently to build positive brand exposure and manage press coverage.
- Ensure timely and strategic communication for launches, announcements, and campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 5+ years of proven experience in digital marketing with 2+ years in a leadership role.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEO tools, and CMS platforms.
- Working knowledge of video editing tools (like Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro) to manage creative workflows.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Proactive mindset with a passion for branding and digital innovation.
