Position: Head of Marketing (North India)

Work Days: Monday to Saturday (With 1 weekly off on Sunday)

Work Timings: 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on weekdays; 10:00 am to 6:00 pm on Saturdays

Location: Delhi NCR - North India (Extensive travel across the region required)

Role Overview


We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing North India to lead and execute marketing strategies for our piano sales division across the North Indian region. The role requires strong field marketing expertise, regional market understanding, and the ability to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and sales growth through on-ground initiatives.


This is a highly outdoor and travel-intensive role, ideal for candidates with prior experience in the real estate or interior designing industries, where project-based, location-driven, and relationship-focused marketing is essential.



Key Responsibilities


Strategic Marketing & Leadership

  • Develop and implement region-wide marketing strategies for piano sales
  • Lead North India marketing operations, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
  • Plan and manage marketing budgets for the region


Field & Outdoor Marketing

  • Execute on-ground marketing campaigns, including site visits, partnerships, exhibitions, and local activations
  • Coordinate promotional activities at schools, residential projects, malls, studios, and commercial spaces
  • Identify new market opportunities and expansion areas across North India


Sales Support & Brand Development

  • Work closely with sales teams to generate qualified leads for piano sales and build brand presence through collaborations
  • Ensure consistent brand communication across all regional touchpoints


Team & Vendor Management

  • Manage regional marketing teams, promoters, and external agencies
  • Train field marketing staff and ensure performance targets are met
  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide regular performance reports



Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-4 years of marketing experience, preferably from the real estate or interior design industries
  • Proven experience handling large regional or multi-city operations, specifically across North India
  • Strong understanding of field marketing, B2B & B2C sales-driven marketing, and partnership development
  • Experience managing teams and working with external vendors
  • Willingness to travel extensively and work outdoors
