For the first time , Priyagold Biscuits is building a full-fledged in-house digital marketing function . We are consciously transitioning from a predominantly agency-led model to an internally owned, strategy-driven and execution-heavy digital ecosystem .

We are looking for a Head Digital Marketing who can architect this transition , build strong internal capabilities, and own digital growth end-to-end from large-scale campaign strategy to hands-on ads execution and creator-led storytelling.

This is a founding leadership role for someone who wants to build systems, teams, and long-term digital leverage for a leading Indian FMCG brand.

As Head Digital Marketing, you will:

• Own Priyagolds digital marketing strategy end-to-end , aligned with brand, sales, and growth objectives
• Plan and execute high-budget, multi-platform campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Bring media planning, performance optimisation, and ROI ownership in-house
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing internal digital marketing team
• Drive influencer, YouTuber, meme-page, and celebrity collaborations at scale
• Manage agencies as strategic execution partners , while retaining ownership internally
• Shape Priyagolds digital brand presence and narrative across platforms

• 46 years of experience in digital marketing , preferably with an FMCG or large consumer brand
• Proven exposure to large budgets and national-scale digital campaigns
• Strong hands-on command of Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Experience working with top influencers, large YouTubers, meme ecosystems, and celebrities
• Strong existing industry network across agencies, creators, and talent partners
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving environment

• Founding leadership role in building Priyagolds in-house digital engine
• Ownership of significant budgets and high-visibility campaigns
