Job Summary
Raveshia Realty is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Lead to plan and execute marketing strategies for both Mumbai and Dubai markets , operating from Mumbai office. The role will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing end-to-end marketing activities, managing ATL & BTL initiatives, overseeing vendor relationships, and supporting business growth through innovative marketing campaigns and events.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate sector, excellent coordination and leadership skills, and the ability to manage multi-location marketing operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities Real Estate / Luxury Marketing
Strategic Marketing & Brand Management
Lead integrated marketing strategies for luxury real estate projects across Mumbai and Dubai.
Build and maintain a premium brand narrative with consistent messaging across all platforms and geographies.
Analyze campaign performance and optimize strategies to support sales velocity and brand equity.
ATL, BTL & Luxury Experience Marketing
Plan and manage ATL campaigns including high-impact print, outdoor, digital, and media partnerships aligned with luxury positioning.
Execute BTL initiatives such as site branding, premium brochures, hoardings, kiosks, roadshows, and curated on-ground experiences.
Drive project launch campaigns and sustained visibility for ready and under-construction developments.
Digital Marketing & High-Quality Lead Generation
Strategize and execute digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and luxury-focused platforms.
Manage performance marketing with a strong focus on lead quality, conversion rates, and ROI.
Oversee landing pages, microsites, CRM integrations, and digital customer journeys.
Track KPIs including CPL, CTR, lead-to-site-visit ratio, and campaign effectiveness.
Ensure a premium digital presence across websites, social media, emailers, and online listings.
Vendor, Agency & Partner Management
Identify, onboard, and manage creative, digital, ATL/BTL agencies, printers, and luxury event partners.
Negotiate commercials, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining quality benchmarks and cost efficiency.
Ensure all partners adhere to brand guidelines, timelines, and execution standards.
Events, Channel Partner & HNI Engagement
Conceptualize and execute luxury events including CP meets, broker engagements, project launches, exhibitions, and private previews.
Coordinate with channel partners, HNI clients, and internal stakeholders for seamless event execution.
Oversee end-to-end logistics, branding, hospitality, and post-event follow-ups.
Market Intelligence & Campaign Innovation
Conduct market research and competitor analysis in premium and luxury real estate segments.
Identify emerging trends, buyer behavior, and international benchmarks.
Propose innovative campaigns and experiential initiatives to enhance brand recall and lead generation.
Budgeting, ROI & Performance Reporting
Prepare and manage marketing budgets across luxury projects and geographies.
Monitor spending, optimize allocations, and ensure maximum ROI.
Present regular performance dashboards and insights to senior management.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, CRM, Design, Legal, and Senior Management teams.
Enable sales teams with high-quality marketing collaterals, campaign insights, and customer data.
Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners.
Job Specs
- Post Graduate in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing, out of which 5 to 6 years are in Real Estate .
- Hands-on experience in ATL, BTL, branding, and event management.
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
- Experience in handling multi-location or international markets (Dubai exposure preferred).
- Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of marketing budgets and ROI tracking.
