We are looking for a senior, experienced, and sharp Head of Marketing who can scale Minimonsters as a brand, generate consistent demand, and position the agency as a top creative partner in India and globally.

Role Overview

The Head of Marketing will own the complete marketing ecosystem of Minimonsters Agency. This role requires a strong mix of brand thinking, demand generation, content strategy, and leadership. You will be responsible for making Minimonsters visible, desirable, and in demand among brands, founders, and decision makers.

This is a high-ownership role with direct involvement in business growth and brand reputation.

Key Responsibilities

Own and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with business goals

Build Minimonsters as a strong, premium creative agency brand

Drive lead generation and support business development with quality inbound leads

Lead content, digital, performance, and brand campaigns

Oversee social media, website, case studies, PR, and industry presence

Work closely with founders, sales, and creative teams

Track marketing performance, ROI, and growth metrics

Lead and mentor the marketing team and external partners

What We Are Looking For

5 to 12+ years of senior marketing experience

Strong background in agency, media, or creative industries

Proven experience in brand building and demand generation

Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability

Strong leadership and communication skills
