Head of Marketing

Lascade is looking for aHead of Marketingto lead and scale our global marketing strategy for our portfolio of mobile and web applications. You will own the full marketing funnel, from acquisition to retention, and lead a team across performance marketing, SEO, and growth initiatives.

• Define and execute Lascadesoverall marketing strategy
• Leadperformance marketing across Meta, Google, TikTok, Apple Search Ads
• Manage and mentor teams acrossPPC, SEO, growth, and content
• Optimize thefull funnel: acquisition activation retention revenue
• Work closely with product teams to improveonboarding, paywalls, and conversion
• Analyze marketing data and KPIs to drive strategic decisions
• Identify new growth channels and market opportunities

• 4+ years indigital marketing or growth marketing
• Experience scalingconsumer mobile apps or SaaS products
• Deep knowledge ofpaid acquisition and marketing analytics
• Experience managinglarge advertising budgets
• Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills
