Our team is built on results, accountability, and creative problem-solving, and were looking for a hands-on manager who can take charge of daily delivery, motivate the team, and create a culture of ownership and excellence.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing located in Chennai. As the Head of Marketing , youll be the strategic and operational leader of our Chennai delivery team. Youll oversee daily operations, ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality, and instil a results-driven, accountable team culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily stand-ups and weekly performance reviews
• Ensure all client work in Asana is on time, complete, and meets expectations
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, missed deadlines, or performance issues promptly
• Own end-to-end project delivery and client satisfaction
• Ensure monthly reporting (Google Ads, SEO, Web) is accurate, insightful, and sent on time
• Maintain project visibility with clear progress updates and task ownership
• Coach, train, and motivate the team to continuously improve skills and efficiency
• Recognise top performers and manage underperformance proactively
• Provide weekly progress reports to the Director on delivery, client health, and team performance

Skills & Experience

• 5+ years experience in digital marketing (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and web project lifecycles
• Excellent communication and people management skills
• Strong organisational and problem-solving ability
• Hands-on experience with Asana , Google Drive , Clockify , and reporting tools
