Were looking for an exceptionally passionate and strategic Head of Marketing to lead user acquisition and brand growth for a fast-scaling, digital-first financial platform. What Youll Own
As the marketing leader, you will drive the companys growth across the full user lifecycle from awareness to acquisition, engagement, and retention.
Key Focus Areas:
User Acquisition & Growth
- Drive acquisition across offline, digital, paid, and organic channels
- Continuously optimize CAC by mapping it to user behaviour, retention, conversion, ARPU, and lifetime value
- Innovate and scale acquisition strategies aligned with monthly, quarterly, and annual business goals
Brand Building & Positioning
- Define and strengthen brand positioning, tonality, and values
- Build a brand that deeply resonates with a clearly defined community and earns long-term trust
- Ensure consistent messaging across all channels and touchpoints
- Lead brand awareness campaigns and PR initiatives
User Journey & Funnel Optimization
- Design thoughtful, insight-led user journeys across pre-acquisition, onboarding, and post-acquisition stages
- Improve funnel performance through data-led experimentation
- Partner with product teams on enhancements driven by user behaviour and feedback
Performance & Digital Marketing
- Lead comprehensive digital programs across SEO, SEM, ASO, web, email, social, database marketing, and display
- Build a culture of structured A/B testing, experimentation, and iteration
- Track and measure marketing effectiveness with strong analytics frameworks
Content & Communication Strategy
- Build content strategies aligned to business goals and audience segments
- Create communication that is empathetic, relatable, and trust-building
- Oversee execution across channels including email, SMS, push notifications, in-app communication, and social
- Continuously measure and refine content performance
Partnerships & Outreach
- Develop and execute strategic partnerships that strengthen product offerings and brand reach
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to brand collaborations and relationship management
Marketing Operations & Leadership
- Build and streamline marketing processes for speed and efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performance marketing team
- Stay ahead of industry trends and apply best-in-class marketing frameworks
What Were Looking For
10+ years of marketing experience, with strong exposure to both brand and performance marketing
Proven track record of scaling user acquisition and brand presence in a digital business
Experience building brands for a highly engaged, community-led or purpose-driven audience is a strong plus
Deep comfort with data, analytics, experimentation, and performance metrics
Ability to think strategically while also diving into execution details
Strong cross-functional collaboration and team leadership skills
Experience managing full-funnel marketing and lifecycle communication
Confident communicator who can represent marketing at a leadership level
