Job Description
We are looking for a Head of Marketing who can drive our growth engine from 0 to 1 and beyond. This is not a role for someone looking to just "manage agencies" or sit in strategy meetings all day. This is a role for a builder.
You will be the first marketing hire, meaning you must be capable of executing campaigns solo today while building the strategy to lead a team
Who You Are:
A "Player-Coach": You have the experience to sit at the leadership table, but you are equally happy writing copy, setting up ad campaigns, or visiting partners.
The Hybrid Marketer: You are comfortable pivoting between B2B (Corporate Wellness, Pharma, Diagnostic Centers) and B2C (D2C sales via doori.co.in).
Online & Offline Native: You know how to run a Facebook ad campaign and how to execute an offline activation or trade show presence.
What Youll Do:
B2B Outreach: Lead lead generation and partnership strategies for corporate wellness programs and healthcare providers.
D2C Growth: Manage our digital footprint (Ads, SEO, Social) to drive traffic and sales to the website.
Brand & Content: Own the narrative. Ensure our messaging around health vitals (BP, HRV, etc.) is accurate, compliant, and compelling.
Execution: You will execute these strategies yourself initially, with the freedom to build a team as we scale.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a full-stack marketing role (ideally in Health-Tech, Med-Tech, or Wellness).
Strong understanding of both digital marketing performance metrics and offline sales channels.
Strictly On-Site Role: We believe in the energy of in-person collaboration. You must be based in Mumbai and willing to work from our office daily.
