About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Head to lead and oversee the companys complete marketing function. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping marketing strategy, strengthening brand presence, driving growth, and aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own and execute the overall marketing strategy across all channels
• Build and strengthen brand positioning and market presence
• Lead digital, performance, content, social media, and offline marketing initiatives
• Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
• Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing performance and ROI
• Collaborate closely with sales, leadership, and external partners
• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team
• Manage marketing budgets and ensure efficient utilization of resources

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong expertise in end-to-end marketing management
• Proven experience in growth and performance marketing
• Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Data-driven decision-making and analytical thinking

Experience & Qualifications:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing roles
• Prior experience in a leadership or managerial position preferred
• Experience in fast-paced or startup environments is an advantage
