By The Bay is a premium womens fashion brand known for elevated everyday wear with a relaxed, summer-inspired aesthetic. Our collections focus on thoughtful design, beautiful fabrics, and versatile silhouettes.

We are looking for a Head of Marketing who can lead our growth strategy and help scale our online sales across digital channels.



Role Overview

The Head of Marketing will be responsible for driving revenue growth and brand visibility across all digital platforms. This role requires someone who understands D2C fashion, performance marketing, content strategy, and ecommerce growth.

This person will work closely with the founder to build and execute marketing strategies that increase customer acquisition, improve conversions, and strengthen the brands positioning.



Key Responsibilities

Growth Strategy

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for the brand.
  • Identify hero products and create campaigns around them.
  • Plan seasonal campaigns and product launches.

Performance Marketing

  • Oversee Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising strategy.
  • Monitor ROAS, CAC, and marketing performance.
  • Optimize campaigns to scale profitable customer acquisition.

Content & Brand Marketing

  • Direct the brands Instagram and content strategy.
  • Guide the creation of high-performing reels, product storytelling, and campaign content.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels.

Ecommerce Growth

  • Improve website conversion rates through better product pages and merchandising.
  • Optimize the customer journey from discovery to purchase.

Customer Retention

  • Develop email and WhatsApp marketing strategies.
  • Increase repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.

Influencer & Collaboration Strategy

  • Build relationships with creators and influencers aligned with the brand.
  • Plan collaborations that increase reach and brand awareness.



Ideal Candidate
  • 3+ years of experience in fashion / ecommerce marketing
  • Strong experience with Meta ads and performance marketing
  • Experience scaling D2C brands
  • Strong understanding of fashion content and storytelling
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on revenue growth
