We are looking for a Head of Marketing someone who can take a brand with real substance and give it the reach it deserves. You will own everything: brand identity, content engine, social media, SEO, and app growth. No hand-holding. No committee approvals for every post. Just trust, ownership, and the mandate to build.

What you will own:

- Brand strategy & identity

- Content: long & short form

- Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Meta Ads

- SEO & organic growth

- App store optimisation & distribution

- Performance marketing

- Email & WhatsApp campaigns

- PR & thought leadership

- Marketing analytics & attribution

Who we are looking for:

5 to 8 years of experience across brand, content, and digital marketing ideally in a consumer startup or real estate company. You have built something from scratch before, not just managed agencies. You think in funnels but write like a human. You understand that a great Instagram post and a great SEO article come from the same place a clear point of view.

You are comfortable being the only marketer in the room. You know when to go broad and when to go deep. You have strong opinions about what good content looks like and the execution skills to prove it.

India's first platform where homebuyers find properties with zero brokerage. 8 years old. Profitable. Bootstrapped. Operating across Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar, and Pune expanding to Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore. We have a product worth talking about. We just need the right voice to talk about it.

What this role is not:

This is not a job for someone who needs a large team to get started. Not for someone who outsources thinking to agencies. Not for someone who measures success by the number of posts published.
