About the Role

Callbotics.ai is seeking a Head of Marketing / VP Marketing to own and scale the end-to-end marketing function for a fast-growing Voice AI / Conversational AI SaaS platform. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing leader who has built GTM and demand engines from early-stage to scale and understands how to market complex AI products to U.S. enterprise buyers.


Responsibilities

  • Own brand, positioning, GTM, demand generation, and pipeline impact
  • Build and scale marketing from early ARR to $10M+ ARR
  • Translate Voice AI / Conversational AI capabilities into compelling enterprise value
  • Drive pipeline, ARR growth, and category narrative


Core Responsibilities (Crisp)

  • Own the entire marketing charter: brand, product marketing, GTM, demand, content, campaigns, PR/events
  • Define and execute U.S. enterprise GTM strategy (ABM, outbound support, digital, content led growth)
  • Craft and own positioning, messaging, and category narrative for Voice AI / Conversational AI
  • Drive pipeline and revenue impact in partnership with Sales
  • Build and lead a high-performance marketing team, while remaining execution-oriented
  • Own metrics, ROI, and funnel performance across the demand engine
  • Represent Callbotics.ai externally via events, thought leadership, PR, and partnerships


Qualifications

  • Proven experience scaling B2B SaaS marketing from early stage to growth phase.
  • 8 Years+ Industry experience.
  • Prior exposure to sub-$1M ARR $5M$20M+ ARR journeys
  • Strong U.S. enterprise marketing experience
  • Background in Voice AI, Conversational AI, or AI-first SaaS strongly preferred
  • Deep understanding of SaaS GTM, demand generation, and enterprise buying cycles
  • Comfortable operating at strategy + execution level
  • Experience working directly with founders/CEO


Must-Have Requirements


Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of the marketing function, including:

  • Product positioning and messaging
  • Demand generation and pipeline ownership
  • Content creation and thought leadership
  • Performance and growth marketing
  • Website management, campaign execution, and full-funnel ownership
  • Close collaboration with Sales and Leadership teams
  • Minimum 1 year tenure in the current or most recent organization
  • Mandatory experience working in a B2B SaaS product company


Strongly preferred experience in one or more of the following:

  • Conversational AI
  • Voice AI
  • AI-first SaaS platforms


Candidates without an AI background must have experience in a B2B SaaS company with a strong go-to-market motion


Mandatory U.S. market exposure including hands-on experience working with U.S. customers, buyers, or sales teams.
