Key Responsibilities
B2B Developer-Focused Marketing Strategy
- Create and lead a full-funnel marketing strategy aimed exclusively at real estate developers .
- Position archVi as the premium partner for project visualizations, virtual tours, and presentation tools.
- Build targeted messaging for developers business needs: faster sales, better presentation, customer engagement, and project differentiation.
Lead Generation & Developer Outreach
- Generate qualified leads from developers through digital ads, SEO, email marketing, LinkedIn, industry events, and targeted outreach.
- Develop developer-specific marketing assets (project demo reels, service sheets, before/after showcases, solution videos, ROI presentations).
- Create automated funnels that move developers from awareness demo onboarding.
Content & Product Storytelling for Developers
- Write and oversee content:
- Developer case studies
- Project showcase videos
- Features explaining benefits for developer sales teams
- Developer-focused landing pages
- Clearly communicate how archVi helps developers reduce site visits, shorten sales cycles, and improve customer experience.
Collaboration With Sales & Project Teams
- Work with Sales to align campaigns to developer segments (luxury, mid-segment, plotted, townships).
- Provide marketing support materials to help Sales convert developers faster.
- Support launches of new visualization features, tech upgrades, and project-specific demos.
Market Intelligence & Competitor Tracking
- Track real-estate market trends, project launches, and developer campaigns.
- Research competitor visualization agencies, PropTech players, and tools used by developers.
- Use market insights to refine value propositions for developers.
Brand Building in the Real Estate Ecosystem
- Build archVis presence across real estate developer communities, conferences, exhibitions, and CREDAI events.
- Develop partnerships with real estate consultancies, channel partner networks, and developer groups.
Team Leadership & Budget Ownership
- Build and manage a strong marketing team (digital, design, content).
- Own the marketing budget and ensure strong ROI from campaigns targeted at developers.
Required Qualifications
- 610+ years of marketing experience, with significant exposure to real estate, PropTech, or B2B marketing .
- Proven ability to market to real estate developers (commercial, residential, luxury, plotted, or mixed-use).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, B2B funnels, and high-value lead generation.
- Excellent storytelling skills for explaining visual/tech solutions to non-technical real estate clients.
- Experience working with sales teams that handle B2B developer accounts.
- Ability to manage teams, agencies, and multiple marketing channels simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in PropTech, real estate marketing agencies, visualization studios, or developer-side marketing.
- Understanding of developer buying cycles, project marketing budgets, and sales processes.
- Connections within the real estate ecosystem (CREDAI, developer networks, channel partners).
- Experience working on marketing for real estate project launches or branding campaigns.
