Head of Marketing (Agency)

We are hiring Head of Operations

This role exists to bring structure, ownership, and consistency to how we work with clients.

We are looking for someone who understands agency life, knows how client work actually flows, and can keep teams and timelines aligned without noise.

As Head of Operations, you will be the link between our clients and internal teams. You will make sure work is tracked, updates are clear, and delivery stays on course.

What you will own

• You will manage day to day client operations across accounts
• You will act as the primary point of coordination between clients and delivery teams
• You will ensure tasks are planned, tracked, and closed on time
• You will oversee monthly reporting and client communication
• You will spot risks early and resolve them before they become issues
• You will help improve internal workflows as the company scales

What we are looking for

• You have worked in a marketing agency environment
• You have 6 to 9 years of experience handling multiple client accounts
• You are comfortable speaking with clients and internal teams alike
• You understand timelines, scope control, and delivery pressure
• You are organized, calm, and clear in communication
• You are based in Hyderabad and available to work from our office
