Job Description
JD Head Manufacturing Engineering (Defence Vertical)
Location: Pune
- B.E./B.Tech Mechanical / Mechatronics / Production / Industrial Engineering.
- 12-15 years in precision manufacturing with significant expertise in manufacturing of Electro-Hydraulic servo valves
Role Overview
Will lead the complete manufacturing operations for ElectroHydraulic Servo Valves (EHSV), ensuring highprecision manufacturing, process discipline, throughput improvement, and reverse engineeringbased localization of components.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead endtoend manufacturing operations of Electro-Hydraulic servo valves
- Drive design validation, prototyping, and product industrialization for defence-grade components.
- Establish assembly processes, testing protocols, and quality standards for servo valve production.
- Ensure adherence to tight tolerances, surface finish standards, micronlevel machining and assembly accuracy.
- Define & control test protocols, leak tests, flow tests, dynamic performance tests, and functional validation.
Qualifications & Experience
- Strong handson exposure in Reverse engineering, Testing & calibration of hydraulic systems
