About the Role

We are looking for a result-oriented Head of Logistics to lead end-to-end logistics operations across primary, secondary, and distribution networks. This role will drive cost efficiency, on-time delivery, network optimization, and service excellence across markets.

What Youll Own

• Lead national logistics strategy (primary, secondary & redistribution)
• Optimize freight cost and improve service levels (OTIF)
• Manage 3PL partners, transporters, and warehouse operations
• Drive distribution network efficiency and route planning
• Improve inventory movement and reduce transit losses
• Ensure compliance, safety, and documentation governance
• Build logistics dashboards (cost per ton, fill rate, turnaround time)

Lead cross-functional coordination with Sales, Supply Chain & Procurement

What Were Looking For

• 1015 years of logistics leadership experience
• Experience managing large distribution networks
• Strong exposure to 3PL/vendor management
• Expertise in cost optimization and freight negotiations
• High analytical capability (SLA tracking, cost benchmarking)
• Strong stakeholder management & team leadership skills
