Job description

Skilled in drafting & reviewing loan documentation, including Equitable & Simple Mortgages, Multiple/Consortium Banking Agreements, Declarations, Undertakings, & other security-related documents. Experience in recovery/collections. Compliance requirements.

Required Candidate profile

Competent in evaluating title search reports for all types of immovable properties used as primary or collateral security by various categories of borrowers. Provide legal counsel and support.
