Real Estate development firm based in Delhi - NCR (Office in Gurgaon). They have been in operation for more than 20 years and delivered multiple Residential, Commercial projects. They have significant lineup of projects across Delhi - NCR and beyond with a revenue pipeline of nearly USD 2 Bn (INR 20,000 Cr +).

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Head of Legal based in Gurugram. The Head of Legal will oversee all legal matters of the organization, including ensuring compliance with legal regulations, offering legal consulting to internal teams, litigation Matters and managing legal documentation. Responsibilities will also include addressing legal issues, representing the company in legal proceedings, and developing strategies to mitigate risks while ensuring business operations remain compliant with national and regional laws.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and expertise in Law and Legal Compliance
• Experience in Legal Consulting and addressing complex Legal Issues / Litigation
• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and reviewing contracts or agreements
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• A degree in Law (LLB or higher) from a recognized institution
• Experience in the real estate sector and familiarity with all Legal matters in Real Estate is a must
