About the Role

We are seeking a senior General Manager Legal with strong international exposure across the Middle East, US, Europe, and APAC to lead legal strategy for large-scale GCC. The role will oversee cross-border legal matters, complex transactions, and regulatory compliance while acting as a strategic advisor to leadership on governance and mitigating risk with Industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead legal strategy for real estate development, leasing, acquisitions, and divestments across Middle East, US, Europe, and APAC
• Manage cross-border contracts, joint ventures, SPVs, and international transactions
• Oversee property due diligence, land acquisition, title verification, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with RERA, local laws, and international regulatory frameworks
• Handle disputes, arbitration, and litigation with global external counsels
• Advise CXOs and global leadership on legal risk, governance, and compliance

What You Should Bring

• LLB / LLM from a reputed institution and a certified company secretary
• Extensive legal leadership experience in the GCC/GBS/Pharmaceuticals
• Hands-on exposure to legal frameworks in India, Middle East, US, Europe, and APAC
• Strong negotiation, drafting, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven ability to partner with Board, CXOs, and international stakeholders
