Location: Mumbai
Role Overview
Lead L&D strategy for Foodlink F&B across luxury restaurants/banquets, building capabilities in upmarket chains and 5* hotel standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design/implement training programs for F&B service, ops leadership, compliance, and soft skills.
- Assess needs, create blended learning (classroom/digital/gamification) aligned with business goals.
- Partner with ops/F&B heads for onboarding, upskilling, and performance improvement.
- Measure ROI via metrics (engagement, retention); manage L&D budget/team.
- Drive culture of excellence in hospitality service/behavioral training.
Requirements
- 15-20 years hospitality L&D (upmarket restaurant chains + 5* hotels).
- Proven strategy design/delivery; Mumbai-based preferred.
- Expertise in F&B training, leadership dev, digital tools.
