Role Overview

Our client is looking to onboard senior investment banking professionals with experience in the Industrial sector who can drive deal origination as well as transaction execution while building long-term relationships with clients.

This role is suited for professionals who thrive in entrepreneurial and high-ownership environments, and who are motivated by a performance-driven and partnership-oriented model.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Origination

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporates, promoters, and institutional stakeholders to originate investment banking transactions.

Transaction Execution

• Lead and manage end-to-end execution of investment banking mandates from origination through closure.

Client Relationship Management

• Build and leverage deep industry relationships to generate deal flow and maintain long-term client partnerships.

Business Development

• Identify new opportunities across relevant sectors and contribute to expanding the firm's transaction pipeline.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the leadership team and leverage the firms network and market connectivity to originate and execute mandates.

Candidate Profile

• Senior investment banking professional with a demonstrated track record of deal origination and execution.
• Strong industry relationships and client network within relevant sectors.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently build and scale a business pipeline.
• Highly self-driven with strong ownership and revenue orientation.
