Role Description

We are looking for a seasoned Institutional Sales Professional to drive revenue growth within our broking division. The primary objective is to onboard Domestic Institutional Investors (DIIs), Foreign Institutional Investors (FIIs), Mutual Funds, and Insurance Companies. You will be responsible for getting our firm "empanelled" on institutional desks and ensuring we capture a significant share of their daily trading volumes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience of at least 5 years in institutional client sales in equity markets
• Have existing relationships with mutual funds, pension funds, banks, insurance companies etc.
• Deep understanding of equity markets
• Full understanding of compliance, front office, back office functions of a broking house
• Excellent communication skills
• Driven and motivated
• Fluent in English and Hindi
