About the Role
Location: Noida (In-office)
Role Type: Full-time | Leadership | High Ownership
Were looking for a high-intensity, on-the-floor sales leader to head our client's Inside Sales function- the single biggest growth engine of the organization.
This is not a desk role . This is for someone who thrives on the sales floor, loves numbers, builds discipline, and leads from the front.
What Youll Own
- Lead a 195+ member inside sales team , scaling to 350+ in the next 6 months
- Manage a large hierarchy of GMs and Team Leads
- Build and institutionalize a relentless, performance-driven sales culture
- Obsess over daily metrics, funnel leaks, and conversions
- (78 enrolments per rep/month is the benchmark)
- Drive accountability through rigorous reviews and clear performance standards
- Partner with HR to hire ~35 people/month while maintaining quality and managing churn
- Deep dive into CRM and data to fix underperformance at pod/team levels
- Work closely with the Founder.
Success Looks Like
- Scaling the team from 195 350+ without productivity drop
- A self-sustaining sales culture with minimal founder intervention
- Consistent achievement of monthly enrolment targets across all pods
Ideal Candidate
Background in Edtech with high-volume B2C sales.
Extremely hands-on, data-obsessed, street-smart
Strong people leader who can both motivate and discipline a young, aggressive sales force.
