Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Information Technology Services located in Mumbai. The role involves overseeing IT operations and managing an efficient IT department to ensure all systems are secure, reliable, and optimally functional. Key responsibilities include directing service delivery, overseeing technical support teams, designing and implementing IT infrastructure, and aligning technology strategies with organizational goals. The candidate will also be responsible for team leadership, operations management, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in IT Operations and Information Technology to oversee and manage infrastructure and system landscapes effectively
• Strong skills in IT Management and Service Delivery to ensure seamless operations and excellent end-user experience
• Experience in providing robust Technical Support and troubleshooting to resolve technological challenges efficiently
• Leadership, communication, and decision-making skills to manage team dynamics and spearhead IT strategies
• Proficiency in enterprise software, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity practices
• Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a masters degree or professional certifications (e.g., ITIL, CISSP, PMP) is an advantage
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment while ensuring project deadlines and business needs are effectively met
