Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Guwahati for the Head of Information Technology. The successful candidate will oversee IT operations, lead the development and execution of IT strategies, and manage infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security. Daily tasks will include planning, implementing, and monitoring technology solutions, as well as ensuring systems align with organizational goals. The role requires collaboration with different departments to drive innovation and enhance hospital operations.

• Strong expertise in Information Technology and IT Management
• Proficiency in IT Operations and Infrastructure management
• Experience in IT Strategy development and execution
• Proven leadership and project management skills in the IT domain
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking
• Familiarity with healthcare IT systems and compliance standards is highly desirable
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• Relevant certifications, such as ITIL, PMP, or similar, are an advantage
