Company Overview:

Our client is a well-established manufacturing organization, the company specializes in the production of cables, electrical wires, GI wires, steel wires, aluminium wires, conductors, zinc wires & rods, and hot rolled products. The company is looking for a Head IT Infrastructure who can lead enterprise IT operations, oversee digital transformation initiatives, and drive large-scale technology implementations including SAP.

Job Summary:

The Head IT Infrastructure will be responsible for leading the organizations IT infrastructure

strategy, ensuring the reliability, security, and scalability of all technology systems. The role

involves managing enterprise IT operations, overseeing SAP implementation and integration, and

aligning IT initiatives with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience

from large manufacturing organizations, with a proven track record in IT leadership, infrastructure management, and ERP implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the companys IT infrastructure strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Lead the planning, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise IT systems across manufacturing and corporate locations.
• Build and lead a high-performing IT infrastructure team.
• Oversee network infrastructure, servers, data centers, cloud systems, and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of IT infrastructure.
• Implement best practices for IT governance, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
• Lead and manage SAP implementation, integration, and upgrades across the organization.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure successful ERP deployment and process optimization.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process improvement within manufacturing operations.
• Manage relationships with IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners.
• Ensure robust cybersecurity frameworks and compliance with industry standards.

Experience Requirements:

• 15+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and enterprise IT management.
• Strong experience in SAP implementation and ERP management.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Engineering or related field.
• MBA or Postgraduate qualification in IT Management preferred.
• Relevant certifications in SAP, ITIL, Cloud Technologies, or Cybersecurity will be an advantage.
